Steps To Refinish Terrazzo

Step 1

Initial Cut & Clean

Remove sealers, waxes Ā and contamination using WerkMaster 50 or 100 Grit Terrazzo Tooling. This process is carried out dry but for heavy removal, a light water mist can be used. This stage also requires densification using WerkMasterĀ ULTRAhard Terrazzo Densifier once the wax has been removed.

Step 2

Hone & Polish

Use our 200, 400, 800 and 1500 Grit Resin Bond Diamond Tooling to quickly and easily hone or take your terrazzo to a full polish.

Step 3

Seal and Protect Terrazzo

Low maintenance and long lasting beautiful floors that are acid and stain resistant.Ā ULTRAguard sealersĀ ensure a minimum 24-hour stain and etching resistance to acids, wine, coffee, vinegar, mustard and other chemicals, making them an excellent choice for grocery stores, food courts, garages, restaurants, hospitals, schools, hotels, etc.
