Return Policy
Returns Accepted for 3 Days You have three days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Customer Provides Return Shipping Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
20% Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items.
Warranty: WerkMaster 3 Year Equipment Warranty Effective January 1st, 2024, WerkMaster Grinders & Sanders Inc. offers a (3) Three Year Parts and Labor Warranty on select models. Please refer to the warranty details provided below for more information.
Return Procedure:

- Return Shipping: After contacting us, if your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item. Please ensure to package the item securely and use a trackable shipping service.
